Growing up, I faced years of battling my body, struggling with PCOS, extreme food restriction, and the exhausting cycle of being both underweight and overweight. I spent so long trying to “fix” myself that I forgot what it felt like to truly feel good in my body.
Everything changed when I decided to stop fighting against myself and start working with my body. Through healing my relationship with food, movement, and discipline, I found balance and confidence that didn’t depend on the scale.
